Ingredients:
1 cup natural or coconut yoghurt
1 cup coconut cream
¼ cup runny honey
a large handful of finely chopped mint
½ cup good quality dark chocolate, finely sliced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Method
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix gently to combine.
Tip the mixture into a container lined with baking paper, then place the lid on top. Freeze overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
Allow to soften for 5-10 minutes, before serving.
Makes about 4-6 servings.
