Your therapist will begin with endota’s Sensory Journey, using essential oil inhalations to help you settle into a calmer state. A warm back exfoliation follows, featuring our invigorating Arnica and Menthol Body Scrub to smooth the skin and prepare your muscles for deeper relaxation. Light to medium pressure massage techniques are then applied across the body, supported by jade healing stones to soften tightness. Your treatment also includes a soothing application of Clove & Mint Recovery Balm to the upper back, leaving you feeling refreshed, restored and rebalanced.
