Each year we partner with artists to feature their artwork across the packaging of our seasonal gifting ranges at both Mother’s Day and Christmas. This festive season, we’re celebrating the creativity of Australian artist, Kate Eliza.
Every piece Kate creates starts in her studio – a bright, welcoming space where intuition guides her brush, including the vibrant and pastel brushstrokes, and hand-cut star motifs that make up the artwork of the seasonal gifting range.

We spoke to Kate ahead of the launch on the collaboration, her art and gifting for Christmas.
You created a commission piece for this year's endota Christmas campaign. Can you please explain the meaning behind the piece and what it was like creating a piece for endota?
I created a piece called Balance that I digitally edited with the endota values – intent, connect, truth and balance – in mind. This was in the hopes of representing not only those core beliefs but also showcasing joy and love through the colours and icons, which is something I hope to do through all my work.

What was the creative process of the other two artworks featured in the Christmas campaign?
These pieces were created as part of an abstract poster collection using geometric shapes, fun cut outs and icons from artwork files in a collage style to create bold, new artworks. For me this is a really fun way to continue to create even when I’m not in the studio and not physically using a paint brush, meaning I can still practice creatively from anywhere.
Other than through your art, how do you practice self-care and maintain your own wellbeing?
I try to spend time outside each day, getting in a walk on the beach or just playing in the yard with my kids. Small things help in a big way.
What endota gift do you hope you'll find under the tree this year?
I’ve got my eye on the 12 Days of endota for sure! But I also wear the Signature Blend Essential Oil every day as a perfume, so anything using the Signature Blend would be a huge win.
