Affected Batches: A1614 (Exp Feb-26), A1994 (Exp Jan-27), A2418 (Exp Oct-27)
TGA Reference Number: RC-2025-RN-00983-1

To our endota community,

At endota, we exist to help people feel better, and that begins with ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our community. In alignment with this commitment, and in accordance with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), we are issuing a recall of three specific unexpired batches of endota Mineral Protect SPF50 Sunscreen.

Testing indicates that the Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of these batches may not meet the labelled SPF50 rating. A lower than labelled SPF rating may increase the risk of sunburn during use and reduce the long-term effectiveness of sun protection.

Please stop using the affected batches immediately. For instructions on returning the product and receiving a refund please contact info@ethicalzinc.com or call +618 9249 3553.

This recall does not affect any other endota products. The recall only applies to endota Mineral Protect SPF50 Sunscreen, purchased after January 2023.

In light of recent industry developments and growing public concern around SPF efficacy, we support ongoing improvements to SPF testing protocols and governance, as stronger safeguards will benefit all Australians.
