Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

For your convenience, you can order gift vouchers online or buy from any of our Forme Spa locations. We can deliver to an address of your choice.
Gift vouchers are beautifully presented in a gift envelope, so they look pretty! Or via e-certificate for your convenience.
No, gift voucher purchases are non-refundable and our cancellation policy applies.
You can select either option, a specified dollar amount, or specific spa treatment or spa package
Once your time is reserved just for you we often turn away other guests who want that time. Therefore we do ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule or alter your booking or you may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment amount if we cannot book someone else in for the time we were holding for you.

Email vouchers are sent automatically immediately. For couriers, you will generally receive your gift voucher within 2 working days, however rural areas may take longer and there can be delays with couriers during the Christmas period. We will email you a confirmation when we have processed your order. For any issues with voucher delivery, please email orders@endota.co.nz
Delivery is $7.50 for a courier delivery and we will email you a track and trace number.
