Ritual:<\/strong>
\n1. Brush the left side of the body before moving to the right side.
\n2. Always stroke toward the heart using light strokes & repeat on the same spot 7 times.
\n3. Adjust pressure to your comfort levels.
\n4. A slight reddening of the skin (erythema) is normal, it is the blood circulation responding to the skin brushing.
\n5. Shower or bathe immediately after body brushing to refresh the skin and wash away exfoliated cells.<\/p>\n
