Fresh mint from the garden adds an unexpected herbaceous note, whilst chunks of dark chocolate makes it luxuriously delicious.&#8221; &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/eleanorozich.com\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Eleanor Ozich<\/a> of Petite Kitchen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 cup natural or coconut yoghurt<br \/>\n1 cup coconut cream<br \/>\n\u00bc cup runny honey<br \/>\na large handful of finely chopped mint<br \/>\n\u00bd cup good quality dark chocolate, finely sliced<br \/>\n1 tbsp apple cider vinegar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><br \/>\nAdd all ingredients in a bowl and mix gently to combine.<\/p>\n<p>Tip the mixture into a container lined with baking paper, then place the lid on top.
