This competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only. <br \/>2.2. Employees of endota, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Competition Period<\/strong><br \/>3.1. The Competition begins on 1 April 2025 at 9:00 AM AEDT and ends on 30 April 2025 at 11:59pm AEST (Competition Period).<br \/>3.2. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>How to Enter<\/strong><br \/>Instagram Entry: Share an unshared photo or video that reflects the campaign theme to your Instagram profile, tag @endota, and use the hashtag #ShareUnshared or comment your unshared moment on the competition post. Ensure your Instagram account is set to public during the Competition Period for your entry to be visible.<br \/>4.2. Participants may enter multiple times, but each entry must be unique.<br \/>4.3. Entries must be the original work of the participant and must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights or contain offensive or inappropriate content.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Prizes<\/strong><br \/>5.1. There are 10 prizes to be won. Each prize consists of a $200 Endota voucher and a Mother\u2019s Day Gift Pack (the Prize).<br \/>5.2. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.<br \/>5.3. endota reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Winner Selection<\/strong><br \/>6.1. Winners will be chosen based on the creativity, authenticity, and emotional resonance of their entry, as judged by a panel appointed by endota.<br \/>6.2. The judging panel will evaluate entries on how well they align with the theme of the #ShareUnshared campaign, celebrating unfiltered beauty and the bravery of motherhood.<br \/>6.3. The panel&#8217;s decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.<br \/>6.4. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 2 business days of the Competition closing date.<br \/>6.5. Winners must respond within 5 business days of notification to claim their Prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the Prize being forfeited and another winner selected.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Use of Entries<\/strong><br \/>7.1. By entering the Competition, participants grant endota a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish their entry content for promotional purposes in connection with the #ShareUnshared campaign.<br \/>7.2. Entries may be shared on endota\u2019s social media channels, website, or other promotional materials.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Privacy<\/strong><br \/>8.1.
